"I have been practicing yoga for about 2 years now. Having injured my back in a fall when I was 24 years, I thought I would have to put up with pain for the rest of my life. Any repetitive work and movements like digging the garden would aggravate it. Then I discovered yoga with Rosamund’s guidance, and within 6 months and just one class a week my problems have all but gone. I’m enjoying gardening, painting and decorating again. My job, which entails driving, and sitting for hours doesn’t affect my back any longer."

"I have been attending Rosamund's Yoga classes for 5 years and have found them to be extremely beneficial for my health and general well being. Of late - I have just lost my husband and certain yoga exercises and breathing techniques have helped me to remain focused and calm during this difficult period.
Ros is a loving, thoughtful and delightful Yoga teacher who exudes an aura of calm and happiness and who always listens and freely gives advice if needed by her pupils. Her weekly classes are a little haven of peace from life's stresses and are not without a laugh or two."

"I find the balance between challenging exercise and well choreographed relaxation promotes a feeling of inner peace. All the mental stress and physical strain of the day is washed away in a feeling of well-being." Doug George (age 56 years)
"Having enjoyed an intial yoga term I eagerly enrolled for the second time and within a few weeks began to feel the urge to practice at home in between guided weekly classes. Gradually, subtle changes have arisen within me. I feel great, my attitude towards others is more positive, I am more alert, mindful, have more vitality and there is a calm and peaceful feeling within my whole being."

"I came to Yoga to help strengthen my back after a major operation and to help a breathing problem. I was lucky to find a tutor like Rosamund in that she addresses any individual problem. She holds the classes interest with her calming influence. I don't claim to be the best Yoga student but Rosamund brings the best out of each individual.
It's a most enjoyable and relaxing class - it was worth joining."
Sandra
"I really look forward to my Yoga class because for one and a half hours it truly is 'time for me', putting things in perspective and helping me through the week ahead."
