Mindfulness Meditation & Mudra practice

Whatever the reason we come to mindfulness meditation, it helps us to maintain and open attitude to our moment to moment experience whatever it may be. 

Mindfulness and Mudra meditation are secular practices which are accessible to everyone and the benefits of which are available to all irrespective of background.

Yoga and Mudra meditation are also secular practices, which use different techniques to help develop deeper concentration.  Mudras are simple gestures that move us into stillness.
