Rosamund offers British Wheel of Yoga classes and Meditation classes in Cheltenham, Warden Hill and Churchdown, Gloucester. 

Her ethos in the classical style of yoga is the shared sense of community created by like-minded people coming together to celebrate their practise of yoga. 

The classes are suitable for beginners and intermediates and vary in age group and ability. 

Everyone is encouraged to work within their own capacity.
